Yes, we are patriots. Please flick us a message from your service email address or with a snap of your ID card if sending from a private address. We offer special pricing to:
- Military
- Police
- Conservation Departments
- Ecological services and Pest controllers
- Paramedics
- Fire Service
- Corrections
- Local body councils and Ranger units
- Other Govt Agencies not listed please just give us a yell.

We do not offer these services because postage costs make it unworkable. Please enlist the services of a good cobbler in your town. They'll appreciate your business!

- We can offer you new soles for your boots and you can organise a good cobbler in your town to fit them for you.

- We do not offer a resole service.

- New sole units are sold in pairs and are priced from $199 pair, postage additional.

- Just contact us with your boot model and size. We stock soles for the main sellers. We can special order any other sole unit as required but please note that lead times for that service can be rather extended due to sea freight timings.

We support boots bought from us and from our authorised retailers in Australia only. Any other product bought overseas must be returned to that place for support.
